For over a decade, I was the face you saw reporting the news for NBC and Univision.

I spent years parachuting into places like Haiti, Hong Kong, and the Syrian border, interviewing everyone from Pope Francis and the King of Spain to survivors whose names the world had never heard.

Today, I run GoLike Media alongside my sister Graciela (she handles the brains and the spreadsheets; I’m the one who hasn’t stopped talking since I was five).

When I’m not here, I’m traveling the world as a keynote speaker, helping leaders and teams build the kind of trust and communication that allows them to:
